ALL WATER WILL BE SHUT OFF TO THE ENTIRE BUILDING, except the Mezzanine level
WHEN: Monday, February 4th at 6:00 AM for 4 DAYS.
On October 31st, a leak was discovered in the 4 inch water main on the mezzanine level which supplies all the upper floors and was stopped by using a “temporary” patch. On February 4th, the entire horizontal run of 4 inch pipe in the mezzanine hallway ceiling will be replaced. If all goes well, this will take approximately 4 days to complete.
After the repairs are complete, the water will be heavily chlorinated for approximately 4 hours so do not shower or drink the water during that time.
Please notify your family, guests and Rental Company of this scheduled work.
Restrooms will be available on the Mezzanine Level.
