Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the building, including the sundeck and gated swimming pool area. The smoking rules apply to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana and any other matter or substance that contains tobacco.

FIRE ALARMS

If the evacuation alarm bells/horns are ringing exit the building, you should locate your closest exit upon arrival and go over this exit with your family.

LUGGAGE CARTS

Are to be returned to the lobby after use, not kept overnight. Please be considerate of other guests.

OFF SEASON

HPN Personnel are on site - 5 days a week Monday thru Friday 6:00 a.m. thru 3:00 p.m. Leave a message in the Brown Mail Slot located on the Maintenance Room door in our Lobby and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

REPAIRS

Please follow all HPN rules and regulations, including the instructions of the unit owners or your rental company's requests for repairs and services. High Point North Condominium Personnel do not have authorization to work inside of these units other than to take corrective actions in the event of an emergency.

SURVEILLANCE

High Point North is protected by 24hour video surveillance

TRASH

The trash chute for the Mezzanine owners and guests is located on the 1st Floor between the E and F units. All other numbered Floors (# 1 thru # 13) your trash chute is located in the same location on your Floor between the E and F units. Place only bagged trash in this chute. Please use the chute between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Please no large boxes, beach chairs, umbrellas, bedding, towels, carpet, construction debris, chemicals or paint. All large items must be carried to the trash room located in the middle of the building on the ground floor. For questions or bulk disposal, please contact the office.

WATER

Units A thru J, your water shut off/on valves are located over your kitchen refrigerator. All Circuit breakers are located in these A thru J Bayside Bedrooms, turn off the Hot Water breaker when leaving for the season.
