As required by the Town of Ocean City and the State of Maryland, I have scheduled the annual test of the building’s Fire Alarm and Elevator systems to be conducted on Thursday, January 13th, 2022. Alarms will be sounding throughout the day and we will be going into every unit and testing the heat and smoke detectors as well.
Also, elevator inspections will be going on as well which may cause temporary interruption of elevator service.
